plays a significant role in determining
the success of an organisation and here
at emh homes it is at the heart of
everything we do. We strive to live our
values and it is always great to be able

As part of Customer Service Week in October,
we were delighted to present two staff with awards
in recognition of positive feedback we received
One award went to
, one of our
Customer Service Centre team, who received a
compliment praising her helpfulness and
understanding. It should also be noted that
Carol is known for her overall ‘can do’ attitude
towards customer service and the true dedication
and commitment she brings to her role.
The second award recognised
in the Asset Management South Team
for going out of her way and being extremely helpful.
Again, Gemma’s helpfulness to colleagues and
general commitment to customer service earned
her the well-deserved recognition.
We also recognised the feedback given by
our residents through the Best Customer Survey
Resident Mrs Bunyan was very complimentary
about our customer service delivery, saying:
“ The level of service is outstanding at
emh homes and whenever I call in the
staff are courteous and great for elderly
people because they understand their
needs and disabilities.”
We will be personally recognising her feedback
and the time she has taken to get in touch with us.
In the meantime, our customer service mascot
Cuddles the Care Bear is currently showcasing the
wonderful compliments we have received over the
past week. We intend to cover him in the
messages and send him off on a journey around
our offices to bring a smile to everyone’s faces and
highlight the positive contribution we can make.
